Holy Trinity - Anglican Parish of Kawana Waters
A new logo and a new look for the website will be launched in the new year!  Watch this space!

The Parish of Kawana Waters is located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, approximately an hour (100km) north of Brisbane.  It is one of the fastest growing non-metropolitan areas in Australia.

The church building is located on the corner of Sportsmans Parade and Meridan Street at Bokarina, on the shores of Lake Kawana, adjacent to the Nicklin Way, the main thoroughfare between Caloundra and Mooloolaba.

Regular Sunday worship is at the core of parish life, complemented by many weekday groups and other activities -- (see the side menu).

We try, and we believe that we succeed, in extending a genuine welcome to visitors and newcomers;.

This phrase, which appears on our notice board, sums it up,

"You will be a stranger here only once".

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to know Jesus, to make Jesus known, and to grow together in Him.

Vision Statement:

We seek to bring people into fellowship with Jesus Christ and His Church, nurturing them to Christian maturity and equipping them for their ministry of caring for one another, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and worshipping Almighty God.

Going for Growth - New Study Book Launched!

Growing is living.  While we live, our challenge and our joy is to be constantly growing.  In this set of seven studies, we are invted to discover the riches of God found in the scriptures.  Making God's Word accessible and relevant is as simple as exploring the rich imageryand metaphors that Jesus used.  No better example is found than that of God as the Gardener.  This recurring theme invites us into God's Garden to discover its beauty - all the riches of the kingdom of heaven.

Whether you are a keen gardener or a serial plant killer it doesn't matter.  God is the Gardener who will challend and uplift you over the course of these studies.

Bishop Jonathan Holland of the Northern Region of the Diocese of Brisbane writes: Stuart Webb has written these seven studies with a gentleness and ease which invites discussion and reflection without judgement.  His own honesty and commitment to the Lord and his church shines through.  Each unit has several parts, including a biblical passage and questions for ‘engaging the message’, questions for group reflections, and a helpful ‘going deeper’ section.  I am very pleased to be able to commend these studies for parish use.
